Last cardio day of the week and I want to burn some major calories! So today we are going hard with our Mixed Martial Arts. We are also going to be building up some plyometric combos to maximize our heart rate and kick some major butt! So get ready cause this is a beast of a high flying cardio burning MMA workout!

It is core day! We are going to be doing a nice 20 minute Burpee, Plank and C Position Core workout. We will alternate exercises between Burpees and C Positions and in-between each move we will hold Plank for 30 seconds! Until the end and I gift you with a nice burnout! There are no crunches in this workout and each exercise is only done once so goes by Lickety Split!
